We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after purchasing your item to request a return. Our return policy covers instances of product defects or damages, incorrect shipments, or other issues that directly impact the functionality or quality of our products.

What do we need? 

Please provide the order number and the reason why the product didn't work out for you, or what we can improve to make the product work for you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent to us at support@4allfamily.in

Refund 

If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refunded and your order qualified for free shipping we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.  

If you haven’t received a refund yet, then complete the following steps: 

  1. First check your bank account again 
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted 
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@4allfamily.in and send your item to our warehouse location communicated by us over mail.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
